PASTA

FETTUCCINE PRIMAVERA

Alfredo pasta I would say is the best to eat at dinner time since it is a lovely family dinner and is rather comforting. This dish is delectable when we use room temperature cream cheese and cream sauce at the end of the dish, always have pasta water in hand to thin the cream sauce.

Chardonnay would marry nicely with this alfredo as long as it has been aged in oak. this wine has a buttery texture which compliments the buttery flavour of the alfredo sauce.

Ravioli with meat sauce is very enjoyable. With this pasta mince chicken is cooked and seasoned well to perfection and then filled in these beautiful pasta pockets. A lovely tomato, basil, mince chicken sauce is additionally prepared and married with the ravioli. An accompaniment of Garlic Bread goes well with this dish to absorb all delectable flavours.

This ravioli dish will be paired perfectly with Merlot because it is soft and supple and often described as juicy with flavours of chocolate and cherry.
