CAKE

                  PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE

This is one of my favourite cake to prepare by placing wax paper, pineapple and cherries at the bottom of the pan and pouring the batter over it and baking it until cooked. It is then removed from the pan, the wax paper removed and the bottom of the cake becomes the top.
