FISH

                              TRINIDAD FISH BROTH


Fish broth is a delicately flavoured, traditional soup made with fish, root vegetables, garlic, herbs, 
and dumplings. This dish is very light and can be enjoyed all year round. This is served in large bowls with extra lime juice and slices of hot pepper.
