                           FRESH FRUIT TART



The crust of this dessert entails confectioner's sugar, all purpose flour and softened, unsalted butter. The fillling is consist of softened cream cheese, granulated sugar and vanilla extract for some extra flavour. This fresh fruit tart is topped with fresh strawberries, kiwi slices, blueberries and raspberries. It is very time consuming to prepare one hour and thirty minutes but it is worth every bite.

One serving of this comsist of: 495 Calories, with 125 being fat

                            HAZELNUT MERINGUES



This dish is very crispy and delicious. It is made from egg whites, lemon juice, caster sugar, icing sugar and hazelnuts is ground in the food processor and then combined into the mixture. This dessert is sinfully sweet.

One serving of this consist of: 250 Calories, with 80 from Fat

                                 SUGAR COOKIES

   This is a wonderful snack for a sweet tooth and even a birthday party. For soft, chewy cookies bake approximately eight to ten minutes and for crunchy cookies bake for fourteen to sixteen minutes. This complements a hot cup of tea.

                             NEOPOLITAN ICE CREAM


This is one of my easiest, favourite dessert to prepare. Firtly plastic is placed on a loaf tin layers of ice cream are placed upon each other and placed in the freezer for one hour. This can be served with fresh fruits or a delicious cake.
One serving of this consist of: 510 Calories, with 305 from fat
                                                 34g Fat, with 17g being saturated
                                                 8g Protein

         RICOTTA CHEESECAKE WITH  CHOCOLATE

This delicious, creamy cheesecake is made with ricotta cheese. Health concious people could devour it since  it replaces cream cheese.This cake can be made with or without eggs. This can also be served with fresh fruits or a hot cup of tea.
