GRILL FOODS

                       GRILLED MEAT KABOBS

This is one of my favourite dishes I can have any day any time.  My grilled meat kabobs contain a blend of mince chicken and lamb with lots of garlic and rosemary. This goes well with my orange, honey mustard dipping sauce. My mouth just waters talking about it.

One serving consist of: 240 Calories, with 125 from Fat
                                      14g Fat, with 5g being saturated
                                      125mg Chelesterol
                                       23g Protein

                                        62% Vitamin C
                                        10% Iron
                                        2% Calcium

           GRILLED SALMON WITH MINT MARINADE


This salmon is a light meal and it will satisfy your hunger and taste buds. This is seasoned to perfection with lots of lemon zest and glazed with a fresh mint marinade. My family enjoys this salmon with a light salad.

One serving of this dish consist of: 325 Calories, with 200 from Fat
                                                         22g Fat, with 4g being saturated
                                                         380g Sodium

                        GRILLED SWORDFISH STEAKS

This is a healthy fish steak meal and it contains mashed butter, parsley, garlic, ground pepper corns, lemon peel and salt. This is cooked over medium heat over the stove top until brown and then transferred to the oven where it will roast until it is cooked through for about ten minutes. A butter sauce is poured over the swordfish and it is served. Yummy!

                          GRILLED SEAFOOD KABOBS



This kabob is a fun, healthy dish for a family since it has less fat than actual grill meat. This dish can be accompannied with a home made orange drink to release some tension from the sourness of the lemon. These kabob sticks can be soaked in water or rubbed in oil too ensure the food don't stick
