                                CURRIED CRAB


The crab is seasoned with freshly ground garlic, cilantro, thyme, celery, onion, habanero pepper and curry powder. When crab is seasoned, it is placed it pot that contains sauteed tomatoes, onions and garlic. Allow the crab to simmer for twenty five minutes and then add coconut milk to thicken the sauce. This can be served with cassava dumplings.
